Winnie Jean is an online boutique founded in 2009 by a girl (Stephanie Creekmur) who loves paper, all things southern and who still believes in the handwritten note. Based in southwest Ohio, “the heart of it all”, we sell paper and gifts for the celebrators of life and our style is heavily influenced by Stephanie’s southern heritage and small town upbringing.
