Yes. You can craft the perfect card as a template. The template can
include variable fields for things like "name" and "company name". The
template can then be applied against a list of recipients and each card
will be individually personalised and posted for you.
If you order more than 200 credits we will convert one handwriting style at no cost. You will need to complete a form providing sufficient samples for the conversion process and then allow 2 business days for you handwriting to be uploaded for use.
Signatures can be added at no cost and typically take less than 1 business day to be converted and made available.

Yes. Cardly makes adding new artwork simple. With ready-to-go choices from our royalty free library to our ever expanding offerings from our amazing artist community it's easy to find something new and unique to compliment your campaign.

Yes. If you upload a logo, we'll put your branding on the card back. You can also upload your own designs and customise the front, back and inside panels of the card.
Once you have an account you'll be able to create message templates for a birthday card campaign and select artwork. Once you have those items complete you'll be able to upload a list of recipients with names, addresses and birthdates and use the automation rules to have the perfect birthday card sent out automatically to ensure it arrives on or just before the recipient's birthday.
Cardly knows when the post is running and takes all the guess work out making sure that a card is posted in time. All you need to do is set up the list and rule and we'll take care of the rest. You'll never forget a birthday ever again.
If your CRM supports Zapier it can usually be integrated with Cardly. This means that any trigger you have setup in your CRM can automatically trigger Cardly to post the templated card and message you desire. The variables and mailing address will be passed from your CRM and Cardly will take care of the rest.
