  • Can I add my logo to my cards?

    Absolutely - and we encourage it! Our platform allows you to customise every panel of your handwritten cards, allowing you to brand as much or as little as you like.

    This allows you to send more subtle campaigns to celebrate your recipients - for example, Christmas or birthday wishes - or opt for a fully branded product invitation, thank you or any other reason you might want to feature your organisation prominently.

  • Where do you send to?

    We currently print and post daily, locally, within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. From these primary locations we send to over 50 other countries within Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, which you can find here: https://www.cardly.net/faq#where-do-you-post

  • How quickly will my cards be sent?

    Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) local time will ship the same day, with orders placed after 10am shipped the next business day. Please see below for the time zones our primary production locations use to determine the 10am cutoff.

    • United States: GMT-6
    • Canada: GMT-4
    • UK & Europe: GMT
    • Australia & All Other Countries: GMT+10
  • How long does it take for cards to be delivered?

    Once your card is produced, delivery time frames differ based on the delivery location and shipping method requested. Please see below for standard delivery windows as advised by local post services;

    • US: 2 to 4 business days for first class mail, or 1 to 2 business days for priority post
    • Canada: 2 to 5 business days
    • UK: 1 to 2 business days
    • Europe: 3 to 5 business days
    • Australia: 2 to 6 business days for regular post, or 1 to 3 business days for express post
    • New Zealand: 7 to 12 business days
