A tongue-in-cheek hand-drawn message for your sister on her birthday. Featuring turquoise lettering on a crisp light grey background. The design reads, "To my Sister, with heartfelt indifference on this, the anniversary of your emergence," delivering a humorous (un)affectionate tone with a sting in the tail!
The simple, contemporary style of this card, coupled with the expressive typography, makes it ideal for marking a sister's special day with light-hearted sentiment and bags of personality!
Price includes free postage to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and most of Europe.
I've been drawing weirdness with pencils and crayons since the days of Tony Hart - only really old people will get this reference. After graduating from Loughborough University in 2000 (see the 'old' part) with a first-class degree in illustration, I did what every creative does and went straight into minimum-wage retail work. I worked in lots of greeting card shops, and the designs on the cards inspired me to create a humorous and contemporary collection of designs, specifically for people who are tired of seeing capybara, sloths and unicorns, and also for those who are physically sick at the thought of puns.
I live in Nottingham with my partner, Ben, and our three cats, Edna, Ozzy, and Olive. I love eating and not leaving the house. Through grit, talent, and dogged determination, I went from minimum-wage to half the minimum wage in 15 years. I'm hoping my inspirational story might help steer someone from illustration to, I dunno, maybe plumbing?
