A cheeky, hand-painted illustration that puts a mischievous dog front and centre. The artwork shows a tongue-out pooch gazing up at a plate with crumbs and a single candle, framed against a rich teal background. Playful, hand-lettered typography at the top reads "Have a slice of cake! But not this slice...", while a casual "happy birthday" script curves across the plate, creating a lighthearted, narrative moment.
The overall tone is humorous and affectionate, ideal for anyone who enjoys a bit of canine comedy. The painterly brushstrokes and hand-drawn lettering combine to give the design a friendly, contemporary feel that will appeal to dog lovers and those who appreciate witty, illustrative greetings.
Suitable for a broad range of recipients, this design works well for friends, family members or colleagues with a fondness for pets and playful humour. The image balances charm with bold colour and clear messaging, making it a memorable way to send birthday wishes with a smile.
