To send a Zalando Gift Card, select the value you'd like to include and then pick the card you'd like to include it in. It's that easy!
Redemption Information
- Choose what you want from over 1,500 top brands.
- Log into your account at zalando.co.uk or in the Zalando app.
- Enter your gift voucher code in the 'My Vouchers' section. The amount will be instantly credited to your account.
- Alternatively, you can enter the voucher code directly at the checkout stage in the voucher code field.
- If you do not use the complete voucher value all at once, the remaining value will be credited to your Zalando account

Terms & Conditions
- There is no expiration date or minimum order value for gift vouchers. It is not possible to exchange the gift voucher for cash in the case of loss or damage.
- If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your gift voucher credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
- It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your gift voucher credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The gift voucher can be used on zalando.co.uk or on the Zalando app.
