Redemption Information
- Priceline Gift Cards can be redeemed at participating Priceline and Priceline Pharmacy stores across Australia.

In-Store Redemption
- Present your Gift Card at the point of sale at a participating Priceline store with the merchandise that you wish to purchase using that Gift Card.
- Our point of sale operator will scan your Gift Card and then enter the PIN into the pin pad.
- The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card.
Online Redemption
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online.
Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards can be redeemed at any Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store (unless specified otherwise).
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards will expire 36 months from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Gift cards must be surrendered in store upon redemption.
- If purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
- Must be redeemed within the validity period.
- Expired gift cards are not redeemable and gift card amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
- Gift cards are treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- Priceline does not accept any responsibility for lost or gift cards.
- Priceline reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer.
- Only valid with Priceline imprint.
- Priceline reserves the right to change any terms contained in the terms of use at any time.
- Gift Cards issued on or after 26th March 2018 are valid for use for 3 years from the date of activation. After such time it will be invalid.
- You should use all of the Remaining Gift Card Value before the expiry date. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period.
- Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires.
- Unused balances will remain the property of Priceline.
