Redemption Information
Redeem Online * Find the gift card information: Locate the card number, access code, or PIN, which is typically in the email for eGift cards or under a scratch-off panel on a physical card. * Add items to your cart: Select your products on the retailer's website and proceed to checkout. * Enter gift card details: On the payment screen, select the gift card as a payment method. You may need to enter the card number and access code, or use it like a credit/debit card with the card number and PIN. * Handle split payments: Be aware that some online merchants do not allow split payments (using a gift card for part of the purchase and a credit card for the rest).
Redeem In-store * For physical cards: Present the card at the point of sale. You may need to swipe it and select "Credit," then enter the PIN when prompted. * For digital cards: Open the gift card in its associated app (like the Prezzee Wallet) or the original email. * If there's a barcode or QR code, have the cashier scan it directly from your phone. * If a barcode isn't available, you may need to use an EFTPOS access code pad to enter the card number and the PIN.

- Gift Cards have 3 years from the activation date for use online. Any credit remaining on the Gift Card after expiry will become invalid and cannot be refunded or credited.
