Redemption Information
- In-store and Online
- To redeem a Gift Card at a Bonds Retail Store or Bonds Outlet Store, present your Gift Card to the customer service operator together with the merchandise that you wish to purchase using that Gift Card.
- Our customer service operator will scan your QR/Barcode and/or input the Card Number and Pin Number.
- The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card.
- No change will be given for any Remaining Gift Card Value.
- The Remaining Gift Card Value may be used in whole or part against future purchases until the Gift Card expires.
- To redeem a Gift Card at the Website, at the point of checkout, select the "Gift Card" option, proceed to Order & Pay.
- Enter Gift Card details requested to complete transaction.
- For in store purchases scan your eGift Card.
