Please treat Gift cards and eGift cards as cash. Gift cards and eGift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Once activated they may be redeemed for purchases at any Anaconda store or site in the country of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
The funds will be verified on request, at the time of purchase or by completing a balance enquiry.
No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in part against future purchases at Anaconda stores / sites. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on the Gift or eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
