Usage Instructions To Redeem Online
- Enter your E-GiftCard Number and PIN Number during checkout online at express.com
- You can enter up to three E-GiftCards to pay for your order.
To Redeem In-Store
- Print the entire E-GiftCard e-mail and present to any Express associate at checkout.
Mobile Redemption
Recipient: To redeem your E-GiftCard from a mobile device, display the barcode, E-GiftCard Number, and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase. Cashier: Scan the barcode off of the mobile device and/or Hand Key the E-GiftCard Number and associated PIN into the POS.

- Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
- This card is issued by Express GC, LLC and is redeemable for merchandise only in the US at Express, Express Men stores, Express Factory Outlet, and https://www.express.com/express.com unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- This card may not be used for payment on any Express NEXT Credit Card account, to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased merchandise.
- Treat this card as cash.
- If this card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Express may replace it if you provide the card number.
- Replacement card will be the value of the card at the time Express receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized use.
- This card carries no expiration date.
